Paris Hilton has admitted to hitting a parked car on Thursday, but is blaming the incident on the paparazzi. Hilton's publicist says, "Did she commit a crime? No. She was swarmed by paparazzi. The intensity of the lights, flashbulbs, momentarily disoriented her. She back up, there was a minor fender-bender. No injuries. She then told me she notified one of the parking people at the facility how to contact her and asked the person to please pass that along to the owner of the struck car. Paris is very responsible and a very good driver, she takes her driving seriously. This was unfortunate and it will be handled appropriately." The incident was caught on video and according to the website TMZ, Hilton has been cited for 6 traffic violations so far in 2006.Sunday, June 11, 2006
