A paparazzo has filed a lawsuit in LA against Britney Spears and her mother, Lynne, after a 2004 incident in which the photog was allegedly struck by an SUV driven by Lynne Spears. In the suit, the photographer claims he suffered injuries to the "head, neck, back, trunk and extremities, all of which have caused and continue to cause plaintiff great mental, physical and nervous pain and suffering," and "will result in permanent disabililty." The incident occurred when the photographer fell to the ground, claiming his foot had been run over by the Spears's SUV as Britney, her sister and her mom were leaving a Santa Monica pet store. Police were called to the scene, where they determined no wrongdoing by Lynne Spears. She was not charged or ticketed. The lawsuit seeks unspecified damages in excess of $25,000.
