Lindsay Lohan will visit schools and clinics in Kenya to help the One Campaign charity with AIDS and poverty work. A spokesperson for the campaign said, "As with Brad Pitt and other celeb visits, it'll likely focus on where America is helping make a difference to save and change lives." The Mean Girls star is slated to make the trip after she completes work on the film Chapter 27.
