Law and Order star Chris Noth wants a ban on fans who snap pictures of celebs on the cell phones. "The phone cameras really have to go. Why do people want pictures on their phone? I think it should be against the law. For me, I enjoy a private life and I want to be anonymous when I am on the streets, so I can enjoy seeing it unimpeded and without being the focus of someone's attention."
