Tara Reid was seen outside Dennis Rodman's house in Newport Beach early yesterday morning paying off a neighbor after crashing into his car. An eyewitness reported that Tara's "pupils were dilated, for what reason I don't know." The American Pie star was seen handing the owner of the car $700 to "forget it ever happened" and telling him that she "didn't want to deal with insurance."
